The Croydon Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Croydon Town Hall to hear the following:
Proposed Minor Subdivision for Ronald and Judith Johnson; Tax Map/Lot 14/146, located at 46 Fletcher Road.
The Johnson's propose to subdivide one lot from their property. The new lot wil be 5.04 acres +/- and the remaining land with the existing home will be 12.1 acres +/-
