The Croydon Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing concerning a Select Board proposal to adopt a Growth Management Ordinance on January 7, 2026 at Croydon Town Offices located at 879 NH Route 10 Croydon, NH 03773.

The intent of the proposed Growth Management Ordinance is to promote and ensure orderly development by limiting the number of building permits approved each year.  The Planning Board will review the Ordinance annually to determine if the Town's growth rate is appropriate and if the Ordinance should continue in place, be amended or repealed.  The Ordinance will terminate (sunset clause) at the conclusion of Town Meeting in March 2039, unless sooner changed, cancelled or extended.
