Master Plan Survey Results

The results of the Master Plan survey are now available. This survey is a crucial step in updating the Master Plan, which has not been revised since 1981. The Master Plan serves as a guide for future development, ensuring that Croydon’s unique character and quality of life are preserved while promoting smart growth and responsible planning.

As outlined in New Hampshire RSA 674:2, the Master Plan informs zoning ordinances, land use planning, and community development efforts. The Planning Board invites public participation throughout this process, as community input is essential to shaping the town’s future.
