Public Input on Upcoming 2024 Warrants

The Croydon Planning Board is holding a Public Hearing
Wednesday, November 1st, 2023 at 7PM
Croydon Town Hall
To Discuss and act upon the following warrant items which will be voted on at the Town Meeting in March of 2024:
I. Revision to Article IX of the Zoning Ordinance which specifies the rules governing the Board of Adjustment;
II. Changes to the rules governing Accessory Dwelling Units;
III. Changes to the fee schedule for various applications for Town permits and authorizations;
IV. Establishment of a Site Review process and application.
