Request for Sealed Bids for Town Projects

The town of Croydon is accepting sealed bids by August 16th at 6 PM for the following projects: 

One project is to timber town-owned land. 

Town of Croydon Invitation to Bid LOGGING of Town property- approximately 10 acres. Requirements of project: 1 . To start ASAP and a completion before school starts [ Aug 30] 2. To make access to property and block when finished 3. Clear a landing,[approx 1 /3 acre] and remediate trash brush by chipping, burning or removal. 4. Remainder of property to be selectively cut for mature trees and for cordwood size. These are the parameters for a sealed bid. Maps and questions can be directed to the selectboard. Bids must be received at the Board of Selectmen’s Office no later than Wednesday, August 14th at 6pm. Sealed bids may be hand delivered to the Croydon Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours; Mon.-Wed. 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM or mailed to Board of Selectmen, 879 NH RTE 10, Croydon, NH 03773. • Bids shall be opened and read aloud at the August 14th meeting of the Board of Selectmen. • No bidder may withdraw a Bid within 30 days of the actual date of bid opening. • A conditional or qualified Bid will not be accepted. • The Town of Croydon reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Another project is to repair/replace the front steps of the Town Hall located at 879 Nh Route 10, Croydon.

Town Of Croydon, NH- INVITATION TO BID 2024 Building Maintenance-Roadside Deck demo and reconstruction The Town of Croydon is seeking sealed bids for the removal of the current front entryway deck and stairs to the Croydon Town Hall and the construction of a new front deck and stairs. The complete scope of work as well as dimensions and specs will be available for viewing on the Town of Croydon website (www.croydon-nh.com). Copies will be available at no charge at the Croydon Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours; Monday - Wednesday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM All construction to be completed by 10/31/24.
